When we chose a realtor for the purpose of finding a property in Florida. I looked for quite a while to find a realtor that I felt could deliver the service I was lookig for.

On meeting Mike Borah, I knew instantly I had located the kind of realtor I wanted to work with. Mike was very professional in all aspects of the property search. He knew our price point an always pointed out the pros and cons of the properties we looked at. He was always extremely honest throughout the search.

It took the better part of two years before we were able to find a property to purchase. The end result we found a home that met our criteria and we purchased! Mike walked through the purchase process online as we were about 1200 miles away in New York State. We consider Mike as more of a friend than a real estate agent. Mike Borah helped my purchase my home in Orlando. He's a great realtor who truly has a heart for the clients he supports. He's not afraid to tell you something you don't want to hear and will go above and beyond to ensure you're happy with the your purchasing decision. When I purchased my home the inspector did not realize that there was a drainage issue in my pool area and with my gutters. When I complained to Mike about the issue he came out a month after I closed, purchased gutter extenders and helped me solve the problem himself. He's definitely someone you can trust!!
